Delivery Information

Please note that the delivery price quoted on the Checkout page is approximate and will be confirmed once you receive an order acknowledgement from the BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Sales Team.

If you order before 12 noon and choose the Express service your order will be delivered next working day between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs for the majority of mainland UK destinations. Orders received after this time may not be despatched until the following working day for delivery the working day after that.

Alternatively, if you choose the Pre-Noon Express service your order will be delivered next working day before 12 noon for the majority of mainland UK destinations. This service is only available for mainland UK excluding the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and parts of Cornwall.

Please note, this service is NOT guaranteed although every effort will be made to meet the time limit. Please also allow an additional 30 minutes in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will incur a delivery surcharge. Please call for pricing and more information.

Some parts of the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Cornwall may require two days or more to deliver so please take this in to consideration before ordering.


BayWa r.e. Solar Systems provide next working day delivery on all in-stock products ordered before 12 noon on the previous working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day for delivery the following working day. BayWa r.e. Solar Systems will normally be closed on Bank Holidays so please allow an extra day in your delivery schedule to take account of this.

If the courier is unable to make a delivery because you were not available, you may be liable for a charge for re-delivery.

BayWa r.e. Solar Systems Ltd strongly advise all customers to check all goods for any damage caused during transit, prior to signing for the goods. All goods must be signed for by a person over the age of 18 years.

All goods must be checked upon arrival for defects, damage, shortages or unsuitability. Notification of any issues with your order must be given to our courier immediately.

Please do not sign for goods as received without checking for defects, damages or shortages or sign for goods as unchecked, as your signature is acceptance of the goods being received in good and serviceable condition, we cannot accept any claim for these issues after you have signed for the goods.

All goods are shipped by a professional third party distribution company. Orders can be collected by you from our warehouse if preferred and only by prior arrangement. Please contact us if you wish to use this option.

Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate as incorrect details could lead to a delay in delivery. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, on occasion delays are unavoidable due to unforeseen factors.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within the estimated timescale. We recommend that you make arrangements for trades people to carry out any required work on your behalf only after you have received the goods.
